use an accounting system that keeps all of your property’s financial information
organized in one place. Building Owners or Board Members will receive a monthly accounting report indicating the fees collected, the bills that were paid and more. You can trust us to be consistent and transparent.
Maintenance is a necessary expense. Routine maintenance can significantly impact the return on your investment. We handle this on your behalf to save you time and money and to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner, using trustworthy vendors. We will work with vendors that you currently use. Yet, we also have an extensive network of vendors to handle maintenance and repair work.
We will handle everything from tenant screening and leasing to maintenance and evictions. We will assist you in determining proper fair market rents, advertise your vacancies, provide tenant screening, process applications, credit, and background checks in accordance with fair market housing laws.
Inspections of property both inside and out are beneficial to ensure tenants, unit owners and maintenance staff are complying with rules and regulations as well as to assess property conditions.
